Cas Sereno is a family-run butcher and charcuterie in Inca, crafting traditional Mallorcan meat and cured products by hand since 1979.
A Craft Since 1979
Miquel Llobera continues a family tradition that stretches back to his great-grandparents as livestock farmers. Since the business was founded in 1979, Cas Sereno has produced Mallorcan cured meats to time-honoured recipes — Sobrasada, Botifarrons, Camallot and Varia are all made in-house. Every product is crafted on the premises using classic methods, with no shortcuts taken.
Sobrasada, Meat & Charcuterie
The Sobrasada is the shop's signature product — including a variety made from organically reared Black Pig (Porc Negre). Alongside the cured meats, Cas Sereno stocks fresh meat of Mallorcan origin, including beef fillet, Bovina Mallorquina and Mallorcan cow beef. House-made sauces and other own-label products round out the range, and you'll also find regional goat's cheese (Sa Cabreta) on the shelves.
