Description
Casa Rústica is a Spanish restaurant in Peguera serving authentic Mallorcan cuisine in a relaxed garden setting.
Cuisine & Specialities
Casa Rústica champions genuine Spanish and Mallorcan cooking well away from the standard tourist menu. Fish dishes are a real strength of the house — sea bass, sea bream and a rotating selection of fresh seafood all feature — alongside a solid choice of meat: beef fillet, entrecôte, lamb and pork tenderloin are all firm favourites at the table. Octopus (pulpo) also comes in for particular praise. If you'd like to order paella or the house speciality lobster stew, do bear in mind that both need to be reserved a day in advance. Homemade desserts — cheesecake, panna cotta and carrot cake — round things off nicely, and vegetarian options are available too.
Atmosphere & Ambience
The restaurant has a lush outdoor area that guests describe as calm and restorative — in the evening the garden takes on a lovely character of its own, with subtle lighting setting a gentle mood. The terrace is a natural choice for a special occasion or a romantic dinner. Casa Rústica is a family-run business, and that personal touch comes through clearly in the way guests are looked after.
Location & Getting Here
Casa Rústica is located at Carrer Olivera 5 in Peguera. Free off-street parking is available on site, and free street parking can also be found nearby. The entrance is fully step-free and wheelchair accessible.
Good to Know
Payment by debit card and contactless (NFC) is accepted. Toilets are available on the premises. The restaurant is well suited to families with children. If you're sensitive to mosquitoes in the garden area, it's worth bringing some protection along with you.
