Chef On Board Gastroboat is a private dining sailing experience in Cala d'Or, in the south-east of Mallorca. Skipper and chef Nico Rosa takes his guests to secluded coves and beaches along the coast, serving freshly prepared multi-course menus right on board.

The Concept: Cooking at Sea

The heart of the experience is the combination of a sailing trip and a live cooking show: every dish is prepared fresh on board whilst you're underway — from tapas and prawns to fish and desserts. The boat is a 12-metre Bénéteau sailing yacht, and every trip is entirely private, so your group has the yacht exclusively to yourselves.

Tours & Activities

Day trips and sunset sailings are both on offer. Stops include coves and beaches around Cala d'Or, among them Cala Mondragó. Swimming in crystal-clear water, snorkelling, and stand-up paddleboarding all round off the experience. Alongside the food, the itinerary features anchoring in sheltered bays and the occasional sailing passage.
