Chocolates Maüa is a chocolate manufactory in Palma that crafts its creations on-site using the bean-to-bar principle.
From Cacao Pod to Chocolate Bar
The heart of Maüa is its entire production process under one roof: from raw cacao to finished chocolate, everything happens within the manufactory itself. You can watch production live through a glass partition — and you'll barely need a sign to find the place, as an intense, fruity cacao scent greets you the moment you step inside. Alongside classic bars and pralines, the team produces bonbons, truffles, and a hazelnut chocolate cream, as well as candied orange peel dipped in chocolate and a chocolate ice cream — including a variant made with 72% Ecuadorian cacao. Flavour combinations include pistachio with salt flakes, ginger, and various coffee compositions.
Experiences & Courses
Maüa offers a Bean-to-Bar Experience in which visitors can actively follow the journey of the cacao pod from cultivation all the way to crafting their own chocolate bar. If you'd like to book a course, it's worth checking in advance for available dates.
