Citypaq de Correos is an automated parcel locker location run by the Spanish postal service Correos, situated in the Ponent neighbourhood of Palma.
Send, receive and return parcels
The smart lockers at Citypaq let you receive, send and return parcels entirely independently of the postman. If you shop online, you can select Citypaq directly as your delivery option where the retailer supports it, or simply enter the station address as your delivery address. To collect a parcel you'll need a PIN code — if it hasn't arrived, you can request a new one via the Correos website or the Correos app.
