Colmado Maneu traces its roots back to 1962, when Francisco Juan and Eulàlia Blanch took over what was then a café-restaurant called Can Maganet. Over the decades the business evolved into the delicatessen it is today, now lovingly run by the couple's two daughters, Margarita and Francisca. The range focuses firmly on products from Mallorca — cured meats, cheese, loose pulses, biscuits, oil, spices, nuts and wine. Pride of place goes to the sobrasada: regulars consider it among the finest you can find anywhere on the island.
