Method & Equipment

CoriPilates follows an authentic Pilates method using original Pilates machines: Reformer, Wall Unit, Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector. The trainers are certified by the National Pilates Certification Program (formerly PMA) and bring more than 20 years of proven experience. The studio combines classical Pilates with global postural re-education (Reeducación postural global) as well as conscious breathing and relaxation.

Small Groups, Personal Attention

Classes take place in very small groups of up to five people. The instructors — Corina, the studio director, and Miguel — pay close attention to each participant's individual progress and limits. The studio has two rooms and offers two different class types. Those new to Pilates begin with introductory sessions in which personal needs and goals are discussed in detail.

Cleanliness & Condition of the Facilities

The equipment is in excellent condition, and the facilities — including changing rooms and bathrooms — are disinfected after every session. The space is compact but thoughtfully arranged and well maintained.
