Description
Cru – Cuina i Vins is a restaurant in Manacor combining Mallorcan-Mediterranean cuisine with a carefully chosen selection of natural wines.
Creative Cooking with a Local Focus
The menu is deliberately concise, complemented by daily specials. The focus is on original dishes with unexpected flavour combinations, prepared from fresh, local ingredients and Mallorcan produce. Dishes that appear time and again include the beef sandwich, gyozas, octopus, risotto, tuna tataki, and Ibérico dumplings. Desserts round things off beautifully – the apple crumble is a firm favourite.
Natural Wines from Mallorca and Beyond
Wine holds its own at Cru: the compact wine list is complemented inside by a board showcasing bottled wines. The focus is firmly on natural wines – made from organically grown grapes, with no additives. Mallorcan natural wines feature prominently. According to Mallorca Sunshine Radio, Cru is the only venue in Manacor to be listed in the 2024 edition of an international natural wine guide.
Location & Surroundings
The restaurant is located at Plaça del Rector Rubí 3, directly opposite the church in the heart of Manacor. The terrace tables sit right in front of this striking building – a peaceful spot in the middle of the city.
Atmosphere & Service
The restaurant blends a refined, intimate setting with attentive service. Staff are happy to explain the dishes – in English if needed – and can help guide you through the wine selection. Booking ahead is strongly recommended, as tables fill up quickly.
