The gelato is made on-site — and you can taste the difference. The range goes well beyond classic, everyday flavours: original creations and unexpected combinations define the menu. Flavours that regularly draw attention include pistachio (in two distinct varieties), dulce de leche, almond, hazelnut, coconut and mango. For something a little more unusual, look out for granizado de almendras as well as combinations featuring salt and fresh fruit. The texture is wonderfully creamy, and the taste is refreshingly natural and authentic.

Gluten-Free & Kind to Many Diets

Docta Gelateria clearly takes pride in catering to as many guests as possible. The range includes gluten-free options — certified by FACE, the Spanish coeliac association — as well as sugar-free flavours such as chocolate, chocolate-banana-hazelnut, pistachio and fig. Vegan scoops are also on offer, including vegan chocolate and pistachio. Gluten-free cones and waffles are available too.
