Description

East Coast Divers Mallorca is a PADI dive centre based at the Sporthotel Bahia Azul in Portocolom, offering diving courses, dives, snorkelling trips and a dedicated programme for children.

What's on Offer

East Coast Divers is a PADI-certified dive centre. The programme covers diving courses for all experience levels — including Open Water Diver and Advanced Open Water Diver — try-dive sessions, boat dives, snorkelling tours and a specially tailored diving programme for children. Hire equipment is available and kept in excellent condition. Booking and communication are straightforward via WhatsApp.

The Pirates' Cave

One of the highlights here is the Pirates' Cave — a largely untouched stalactite cave explored on foot, by climbing and by swimming. Entry is through the water, with a brief dive to get inside. Once there, you'll find stalactites, stalagmites and freshwater lakes. The cave tour is suitable for families with children, with guides accompanying the group closely and lending a hand at every step. Small group sizes keep the experience well away from the tourist crowds.

Dive Sites & Marine Life

The boat ride out to the dive sites along the coastline is an experience in itself. Underwater, divers encounter barracudas, octopuses, eels, moray eels and a wealth of other sea creatures. The crystal-clear waters of the area make a real difference to the quality of every dive.

Location & Getting There

The dive centre is located at the Sporthotel Bahia Azul, Rda. Miquel Massutí Alzamora 78, in Portocolom. Free on-street parking is available nearby.

Who Is It For?

The centre welcomes both beginners and more experienced divers. Those with little or no diving experience receive a thorough briefing beforehand, with all the key points discussed and practised before the first dive. Families with children will find a well-supervised setting — particularly on the Pirates' Cave tour.
