EMAYA Oficinas is the customer service centre for EMAYA, Palma's municipal water and waste management utility.

This is where you can deal with matters relating to the municipal services provided by EMAYA. Many transactions can also be handled online via EMAYA's Oficina Virtual; visits to the office itself are by appointment only.

In-person service by appointment

Appointments can often be arranged at short notice. Staff at the office are on hand to walk you through processes and help resolve your queries. Payments can be made in person by credit or debit card.
