Ember- Bespoke Private Dining Mallorca is a private dining and catering service in Mallorca. The team is a husband-and-wife partnership: Jackson is head chef and Fiona handles front of house, bread baking and day-to-day operations. Services include dinner parties, canapés, barbecues and 6–8 course tasting menus made with locally sourced, seasonal produce. Menus are tailored to tastes and dietary requirements, and the team also cooks in villas with barbecue facilities.
