Mallorcan Cooking with a Regular's Feel
The kitchen at Es Pou is rooted in classic Mallorcan cooking. Lamb shoulder and Bullit d'ossos are among the most celebrated dishes on the menu, alongside entrecôte and Frito mallorquín.
