Description

Es Trenc is a sweeping natural beach on the southern coast of Mallorca, right next to Ses Covetes.

Water, Sand and Nature

What makes Es Trenc so special is the interplay of fine white sand and crystal-clear turquoise water that shelves very gently — remaining shallow even a good distance from the shore. The colours are reminiscent of the Caribbean, and the beach sits within an unspoilt natural landscape. The shoreline invites long, leisurely walks along the water's edge. On some days seagrass washes up on the beach — a perfectly natural feature of this protected stretch of coast.

Visitor Tips

Es Trenc gets very busy during the peak summer months; if you're after a quieter experience, a visit outside the main season makes a real difference. The northern end of the beach tends to be a little less crowded. Sunsets here are particularly worth staying for.

Getting Here & Parking

The beach is located near Ses Covetes (07639). The pay car park is over a kilometre from the beach itself, with a footpath leading down to the water. During the high season, spaces tend to fill up early.
