Escola Municipal de Música de Calvià is a music school in Calvià. It was founded in 1984 by Josep Rubio i Amengual, who was also its first director. The teaching staff includes around fifteen teachers and works with children, young people and adults across a wide range of instruments. Its programme includes classes from age 4, elementary level and music theory for adults, plus individual instrument lessons and the option to join ensembles; pre-enrolment is available.
