The Església de Santa Maria la Major is a Catholic parish church in the heart of Inca, built on the site of an earlier medieval parish. The current structure dates from 1703.

The bell tower, which incorporates Gothic elements and dates from between the 16th and 17th centuries, is a particular highlight. The organ and a statue of Christ are among the most impressive features of the interior.
