Description
Finca Agroturisme sa Rota d'en Palerm is a rural retreat offering self-catering apartments in the country-house style, set in Montuïri at the very heart of Mallorca.
A former winery reimagined as a retreat
Sa Rota d'en Palerm is a beautifully converted 18th-century winery. The property comprises apartments, each with its own living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace or patio. Every apartment comes with crockery, a fridge, a microwave, and all the kitchen essentials you could need. The set-up is entirely self-catering — there is no restaurant on site.
Pool, views, and outdoor spaces
The well-kept outdoor pool, complete with sun loungers and parasols, is the social heart of the estate. From the terraces and poolside you can take in sweeping views across a valley towards the Serra de Tramuntana. The generous grounds also feature hammocks and quiet seating corners to unwind in. Home-made jams made from the estate's own fruit are available on site, and a breakfast service can be arranged as an add-on.
Who the finca suits
The property works beautifully for couples after peace and quiet, as well as for families with young children — toys and baby equipment are available on site. Small groups and celebrations have also been hosted across the entire estate. A car is absolutely essential for getting here and for exploring the island, as the finca is in a rural setting with no public transport links.
Location & surroundings
The finca sits along the Carretera de Lloret de Vistalegre, km 0.8, in Montuïri — right in the middle of the island. Its central position in the Es Pla plain makes it a brilliant base for day trips in any direction across Mallorca. Parking is available directly beside the apartments.
