Description
Finca Aubocassa is an olive oil producer set on a historic estate in Manacor, offering guided tours, tastings, and a shop right at the point of production.
Olive Oil and Wine Produced on the Estate
Finca Aubocassa produces two olive oils from the Arbequina variety — sold under the names Aubocassa and L'Amo. Alongside olive oil, the estate also makes wine. Both are available to buy directly from the on-site shop.
Tours and Tastings
Guided tours take you through the olive grove and production facilities, sharing knowledge about cultivation, harvesting, and processing. Each tour ends with an olive oil tasting, and a wine tasting can be added on. If you'd rather not book a tour, you're welcome to pop into the shop and enjoy a free olive oil tasting at the production site. Tours are offered in German, English, and French, and can be booked via the estate's website.
History and Grounds
The estate dates back to the Arab rule of the island (902–1229 AD), from which its name is also derived: Albocàsser comes from the Arabic Albu-Kasi. The property brings together a rich historical heritage and working agricultural production, and is considered a fine example of a traditional Mallorcan Possessió.
Location
The finca is situated on the Camí de Son Fangós in Manacor, Illes Balears. The approach is via narrow country lanes, and there is a car park on site.
