Class Programme

The timetable covers Pole Dance, Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop, Exotic Pole, Flexi, Bungee, Gymnastics on Fabrics, Antigravity, Aerial Yoga and Aerial Pilates. Taster sessions are available for anyone who'd like to try before they commit.

Training & Atmosphere

The coaches are professional, experienced and highly qualified, with a real focus on individual attention and constructive feedback — beginners feel just as welcome as those with more experience. Warming up before class and stretching afterwards are a standard part of every session. The studio itself is clean, well-maintained and properly equipped, and the community has a genuinely open and respectful feel.
