The menu at Fonoll Mari d'Artà revolves around classic dishes from the island. Paella is a firm favourite that runs through almost every visit — and fideuà features on the menu as well. If you prefer fish, there's bacalao prepared in the Mallorcan style. Alongside that, you'll find gambas al ajillo, pork chops with vegetables and potatoes, and entrecôte. For dessert, cheesecake and a homemade sweet are on offer, and the croquetas are made in-house. Dishes not on the regular menu can also be prepared with advance notice.
