The range spans sweet Mallorcan classics through to savoury bakes. Ensaïmades are among the most celebrated items — available in several varieties, including sobrassada, cabell d'àngel, chocolate, and plain. Alongside these you'll find cremadillos, robiols, coques, panades, and napolitanas, as well as almond croissants and jam-filled pastries. A selection of breads is also on offer. Ca Na Juanita is a genuine artisan bakery in the old-fashioned sense — one that has been part of Alaró since the early twentieth century and is now run by the second generation of the Ripoll family. Everything is made in-house and authentically Mallorcan. The display cases can empty out as the day goes on, so if you want the full selection, it's well worth an early visit.
