Everything at Forn Ca n'Amer is made in the in-house bakery at the back of the shop. The bread selection includes wholegrain, spelt and a variety of wheat loaves, as well as sourdough. On the sweet and savoury side, ensaimadas take centre stage — available filled and in the half-kilo version — alongside empanadas in several varieties. Croissants, cakes, éclairs, robiols, cocarrois and other classic Mallorcan pastries round out the offering. Sobrasada and espinegada are also available. A particular highlight that keeps coming up is the croissants and other bakes filled with Kinder Bueno.
