Description
Forn Ca'n Tomeu is a traditional bakery and pastry shop in Inca, crafting wood-fired baked goods from cherished family recipes passed down since 1930.
Three generations of craft baking
Since 1930, Forn Ca'n Tomeu has baked its bread in a traditional wood-fired oven — the beating heart of the business and the secret behind its distinctive flavour and perfectly crisp crust. The naturally fermented sourdough is shaped by hand every single day. Since Tomeu's son took over the reins, the range has grown to include even more breads and pastries.
Bread, pastries and Mallorcan specialities
Alongside the bread — widely praised as outstanding — you'll find Ensaimadas, Cremadillos, Coca de verdures (Mallorcan vegetable coca), Coca de patata (potato flatbread) and tartlets. Everything is made fresh on the premises, and plant-based milk is also available.
Breakfast and coffee
The bakery doubles as a café, making it a lovely spot for a coffee and a pastry first thing in the morning or as a mid-day pick-me-up. You're welcome to enjoy your treats in the shop itself or take everything away with you.
Location and getting here
The bakery is located at Carrer de Costa i Llobera 74 in Inca, and the entrance is step-free.
