The heart of the offering is the ensaimada — Mallorca's iconic spiral pastry — available here in a variety of fillings: cream, cabello de ángel, chocolate, and crème brûlée, among others. Each ensaimada is freshly filled, with the icing sugar packed separately to keep the pastries at their best for longer. Alongside ensaimadas, the bakery stocks a range of breads — including wholegrain loaves and salted sticks — as well as empanadas, llonguets, and an assortment of sweet and savoury bakes. Everything is made in-house.
