Forn del Santo Cristo is a traditional bakery and café in the heart of Palma, founded in 1910 and devoted ever since to the recipes and methods of Mallorcan baking tradition.

Pastries, ensaimadas and savoury specialities

The focus is firmly on Mallorcan baked goods, with ensaimadas in various forms — filled and plain — taking centre stage. Alongside them you'll find savoury bites such as empanadas and sobrasada. Gató, the traditional Mallorcan almond cake, also features on the menu, making Forn del Santo Cristo one of the few places in Palma where you can still get hold of it.
