History and Character

The current building dates from 1911, when the Llull family took over the bakery. Historical records place a mention of Forn Fondo as far back as 1740, making it one of the oldest bakeries in Palma. The shop has remained true to that long heritage ever since: fine craftsmanship, regional recipes, and personal service are the hallmarks of everyday life here.
