Forn i Pastiseria Trías is a bakery and patisserie in the north of Palma, bringing together traditional Mallorcan baked goods, freshly made bread, and a café all under one roof.

Traditional Craft from Their Own Obrador

The heart of Trías lies in the Mallorcan classics: ensaimadas — light, fluffy and full of authentic flavour — sit alongside cardenales, cremadillos, gatós and empanadas as firm fixtures on the counter. Bread, including traditional loaves and llonguets, is baked in their own on-site obrador. Orders can be placed by telephone.

As well as selling baked goods to take away, Trías has a café area for breakfast and light bites. The avocado toast and empanadas come highly recommended, and the coffee is notably aromatic and well prepared.
