The heart of Forn Nou is its bread — Mallorcan bread just as it should be: light and dark loaves baked in a wood-fired oven, true to traditional methods. Alongside the bread, the bakery offers ensaïmadas, empanadas, cocarrois, coca de patata and a range of pastries.
