The heart of Forn Nou is its bread — Mallorcan bread just as it should be: light and dark loaves baked in a wood-fired oven, true to traditional methods. Alongside the bread, the bakery offers ensaïmadas, empanadas, cocarrois, coca de patata and a range of pastries. Nougat and cakes also feature on the shelves, with the tarta reina particularly worth seeking out.

Café & Take-away

If you fancy more than just a shop, Forn Nou has a small café area where coffee is served. Everything on offer can of course be taken away as well.
