Forn Sant Cristo has more than a century of baking history behind it. Since its founding in 1910, the bakery has stayed true to traditional island recipes and methods. Mallorcan classics take centre stage: ensaïmadas, empanadas, cocas and almond cake — all prepared according to time-honoured techniques.
