At the heart of Full Proof Bakery is sourdough bread with a crisp crust and a soft, open crumb — made with real craft and visible care. Alongside the bread, you'll find focaccia, pain au chocolat, croissants, and cinnamon rolls. The focaccia comes topped with the likes of mortadella and pesto or ham and cheese, and is prepared fresh on site. The hazelnut pain au chocolat has occasionally been found less convincing, while the rest of the baked goods receive consistently glowing feedback. If you buy a whole loaf, it freezes well and holds up nicely once thawed.
