At the heart of Galletes Rossellons are the Galletes d'Oli — classic Mallorcan olive oil biscuits made entirely by hand following the island's traditional recipe. The regular range also includes Burballes (sometimes known as Boer biscuits), available in almond and coconut varieties, alongside María biscuits. Rounding out the selection are Pastes (fine pastries) and Reposteria. At Christmas, Torrons (nougat) join the lineup.
