Gin Eva is an artisan gin distillery in Llucmajor, producing and selling small-batch gins made in Mallorca using locally sourced botanicals.

Craft & Products

Gin Eva is the creation of Eva Maier and Stefan Winterling, with Stefan working as distiller to produce each gin in small batches. The spirits are defined by local botanicals — olive, citrus, bergamot and thyme are among the recurring signature flavours. Every expression has its own distinct character; confirmed varieties include La Mallorquina, La Bergamota, S'horabaixa, Old Tom, as well as an Orange Bitters and a Limoncello.

Tasting & Experience

Visitors are welcome to sample the different gins on site, picking up fascinating insights into the distillation process and the story behind each bottle along the way. Tastings have a genuinely personal and informative feel, and the warmth of Eva, Stefan and their team gives the whole experience a wonderfully homely atmosphere. You can also pick up bottles directly in the shop or have them delivered to your door.

The distillery is located at Carrer Marroig 6a in Llucmajor, Mallorca. The building itself is modern and immediately welcoming.
