Destileria Pareis produces its spirits using traditional artisan methods, drawing on local Mallorcan botanicals and ingredients. The result is a range of distinctly aromatic spirits — the two gins Mercant and Mascori sit at the heart of the collection, joined by a rum called Bahía and a Hierbas liqueur.

Gin Mercant delivers warming notes of cinnamon, liquorice and orange, while Gin Mascori leans towards fresh, citrus-forward flavours built around juniper berries and citrus fruits. Gin Sorient also features in the lineup. The rum and Hierbas round out the range beautifully, and both come highly recommended by visitors.
