Destileria Pareis produces its spirits using traditional artisan methods, drawing on local Mallorcan botanicals and ingredients. The result is a range of distinctly aromatic spirits — the two gins Mercant and Mascori sit at the heart of the collection, joined by a rum called Bahía and a Hierbas liqueur.

Gin Mercant delivers warming notes of cinnamon, liquorice and orange, while Gin Mascori leans towards fresh, citrus-forward flavours built around juniper berries and citrus fruits.
