Gluky Gluten Free Bakery is an artisan, 100% gluten-free patisserie and bakery in the Llevant neighbourhood of Palma.

Entirely gluten-free – sweet and savoury

Every single item on the menu is gluten-free. Alongside sweet bakes such as cinnamon rolls, cheesecake, croissants, cookies and chocolate cake, you'll find savoury empanadas – including spinach béchamel and meat – as well as quiches. Products are also labelled for other dietary requirements, such as lactose-free or vegan. If you need a special cake, you can place a custom, personalised order – options include a Matilda cake for around 45 people and a sugar-free chocolate and raspberry birthday cake.

Quality that speaks for itself

The empanadas are among the most celebrated items in the house, with the spinach empanada drawing particular praise. The cheesecake, cinnamon rolls, carrot cake and medialunas are also firm favourites. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about coeliac disease and are happy to make recommendations on request.
