HEAT by Sophia Lie is a wellness studio in the heart of Palma's old town, bringing together infrared sauna, body treatments, massages, yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine all under one roof.
Treatments & Services
The offering spans full-body treatments and deep-action facial massages through to body-sculpting massages and LPG treatments, as well as acupuncture and further therapies from Traditional Chinese Medicine. The Infrared Sauna
A standout feature of the studio is the infrared sauna, which occupies a private room that guests have likened to a five-star hotel suite. It comes complete with shower products, creams and a bathroom with shower, plus a cold-water plunge pool.
Traditional Chinese Medicine with Dr Patricia
