The rooms are clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished, the building itself oozes character, and the facilities are thoroughly modern. A lift connects the two floors of the house.

Breakfast worth waking up for

Breakfast is one of the hotel's real highlights: everything is freshly made to order, from scrambled eggs and fried eggs through to pancakes. Some of the produce comes from the property's own smallholding, including eggs from the in-house chicken coop. Freshly squeezed orange juice and home-made jams round things off beautifully.
