S'Ardeviu is a family-run guesthouse set in a historic townhouse in the heart of Sóller.

A historic house with an eye for detail

The late-19th-century building has been lovingly restored with great respect for its original fabric. Contemporary furnishings and a consistently thoughtful décor give the house a warm, historic character that runs from the breakfast room through to the lounge. Seven rooms are available for guests — clean, comfortable and well kept. Some rooms feature a balcony with views of the Tramuntana mountains.

One of the house's real highlights is breakfast, served in the peaceful garden behind the building. Freshly squeezed orange juice, local cured meats, cheese, bread, fruit, home-made jams and Mallorcan specialities are all on offer at the buffet — and the selection changes daily. Tea, coffee and local liqueurs are available for guests in the lounge throughout the day.

Central, yet wonderfully quiet

S'Ardeviu sits on a quiet side street in Sóller's old town, just around 50 metres from the main square. The town's lively squares and shops are all easily reachable on foot. If you're arriving by car, parking nearby can take a little patience but is possible.

Isabel, Xisco and their son Joel run the house as a true family business. The hosts are known for their warmth and their willingness to share recommendations for restaurants and day trips throughout the region.
