IB Ballooning offers hot-air balloon flights over the Mallorcan countryside, with sunrise and sunset departures available. The balloon lifts off slowly and silently, treating you to sweeping views of the sea, rolling hills and mountains. A toast with cava or sparkling wine in the air is all part of the experience. The ground crew photographs the flight throughout and shares the images with guests afterwards. If you fancy getting hands-on, you're welcome to help inflate and pack away the balloon.
