Training and Charter Under One Roof

IB Yachting brings two things together: preparation for boating licences — including the Patrón de Recreo (PER), Patrón de Yate and Capitán de Yate — and guided charter trips. Training covers both theory and hands-on time on the water, with the focus on genuine learning rather than simply passing an exam. If you already hold a PER licence, you can also sit the extension exam at IB Yachting, which includes a 24-hour practical session.

The boats are well maintained, comfortable and properly equipped. Food is served on board — from tapas to full prepared meals. The team includes several skippers as well as support staff coordinating things behind the scenes. When you book a trip or course, you'll generally have a dedicated point of contact for organising everything. Depending on the trip, snorkelling gear and paddleboards may also be available on board.
