The gelato at Iceberg Mallorca is made with fresh milk and cream, along with sun-ripened fruit — free from vegetable oils, flavour enhancers, colourings, preservatives, and artificial flavourings. Palm oil features in none of the flavours. If you're after something a little out of the ordinary, look out for varieties such as Orange & Mint, Chocolate Chilli, Pistachio, Crema Catalana, and Lemon & Basil. Vegan options are also available. The gelato creations have been recognised with multiple awards at national and international competitions.

More Than Just Ice Cream

Alongside the gelato, speciality coffees are very much part of the offer — cappuccino, café con leche, latte macchiato, and espresso all come highly regarded. Bubble waffles, crêpes, and cakes are on the menu too.
