Description

The Jardí Botànic de Lluc is a botanical garden in Escorca, nestled within the Serra de Tramuntana at the Santuari de Lluc.

Plants, Water and Tranquillity

A circular path winds through the garden, revealing a variety of native, Mediterranean, aromatic and medicinal plants. Along the way, streams, ponds, small waterfalls and bridges accompany your stroll. Shaded areas provide welcome coolness even on warm days, and information signs with QR codes explain each species as you go.

Character of the Garden

The garden is modest in scale and deliberately natural in feel — fallen leaves on the paths are very much part of the design. The atmosphere is calm and unhurried. Families will find plenty of small discoveries: frogs and other creatures pop up along the route, and there are details that genuinely capture children's attention.
