Description

Jaume de Puntiró is an organic wine producer with a shop and tasting room in Santa Maria del Camí, offering its own ecological wines alongside a carefully chosen selection of local produce.

Craft, Provenance and Organic Winemaking

Jaume de Puntiró produces organic wines on a small scale, with a strong focus on local grape varieties and a deep connection to the agricultural landscape of Mallorca. The white wine range includes a Premsal — a light, low-acidity white — while the reds feature the Carmesin and the Porpra. The portfolio also takes in a rosé, a dessert wine, a vermouth, and a gin. A dedicated wine line is released under the Amicamat label, and wines are also available to buy in bulk (a granel).

Tastings and Local Produce

At the shop on Plaça Nova, you can taste the wines before you buy. Alongside wine, the bodega stocks regional food products including sobrasada, chorizo, honey, cheese, olives, and olive oil. The compact little shop is also pet-friendly.

Finding It

The shop is at Plaça Nova 23, in the heart of Santa Maria del Camí. The winemaking operation itself is based in Binissalem.
