Olis de Jornets is a specialist olive oil shop with its own oil mill and restaurant, located in Inca, Mallorca.

Mallorcan Olive Oil, Made on Site

At the heart of everything is Olis de Jornets' own extra virgin olive oil, pressed from Picual olives harvested in Sencelles. The oil has a pleasantly bitter, peppery character and a high content of unsaturated fatty acids; with longer storage, the flavour mellows nicely. In the shop you can taste the oils before you buy — including the more intense "Jornets Picual". Alongside the olive oils, you'll also find a fine selection of other Mallorcan specialities and local wines. And if you'd rather shop from home, delivery is available too.

Mill, Tasting & Restaurant

The working oil mill is very much part of the experience — you're welcome to watch the olives being pressed into oil on site. There's also a restaurant where you can sit down and enjoy a meal after exploring the mill.

Awards & Recognition

Oli de Jornets was named one of the world's 50 best olive oils at the 2012 GOURMET competition. The oil has been winning prizes at international competitions continuously since 2010, and in 2016 it was awarded a Prestige Gold.
