The centrepiece of Joyas Noemi is its in-house workshop, where jewellery is made by hand following traditional artisan methods. The range includes handcrafted gold and silver pieces as well as gemstones. Particularly noteworthy are pieces that draw on centuries of Mallorcan jewellery-making tradition — among them shells, Santa Llúcia stones, and Mallorcan buttons. Traditional silver jewellery forms its own distinct focus. Pieces from other countries also feature in the collection. Bespoke commission work to your own specifications is available, as are jewellery repairs.

Joyas Noemi also offers courses. The atelier has received investment support from Artesania del Consell de Mallorca in recognition of its craft heritage.
