At the heart of what Kosmosonido offers are gong baths, singing bowl therapy (including Tibetan singing bowls) and Kundalini yoga. Sessions are complemented by meditation and pranayama. Before and after each sound therapy session, there are conversations that help frame and round off the experience. You can book on a one-to-one basis or as part of a small group — private individual and group sessions are both available.
