La Calita is a small natural cove in Portals Nous, within the municipality of Bendinat.
The Cove
La Calita is a petite cala with fine sandy shores and clear, turquoise water. Its sheltered basin is ideal for swimming and snorkelling, and the calm conditions make it easy to explore the water with children in tow. Outside the busy season the cove is peaceful and pleasantly quiet — in summer, however, it can fill up quickly, as space is limited.
Beach Facilities
A small bar on the beach serves drinks and snacks. Sun loungers and parasols are available to hire on site. A ramp leads down to the shore, making it accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs alike.

The Caleta de Portals Nous is located at Plaça Espanya 2 in Bendinat, close to the main road. Access by car is straightforward, though finding a parking space can be tricky — especially during the peak summer months.
