La Velo Brewery is a brewpub in the Ponent neighbourhood of Palma, brewing its own craft beers and serving up burgers and nachos to go alongside them.

In-house brewery, homemade food

At La Velo, they brew their own beer — and that's the starting point for everything else. Around ten beers are on tap at any one time, including house-brewed varieties as well as beers from fellow breweries they're friends with. If you'd rather drink from a can or bottle, you're well catered for too. The food menu is intentionally short: smash burgers, nachos, bread and sauces are all made in-house — and you can absolutely tell. The bread, patties, sauces and brownies are all crafted on the premises.

Beers and specialities

The range covers a variety of styles: IPA, Hazy, Double IPA, Chocolate Stout and sour beer all feature. If you're not sure what to go for, you're welcome to try a taster before committing. The burgers — the Smash Smoky in particular — and the nachos are firm crowd favourites.
