Description
Mallorca Boat Ride is a boat trip agency based in the port of Alcúdia, offering private excursions aboard a traditional Mallorcan llaüt.
Aboard a Traditional Llaüt
At the heart of Mallorca Boat Ride is an authentic llaüt — the traditional Mallorcan wooden boat — fitted out to be spacious and comfortable, with both sunny and shaded areas on deck. Local food and drink are all part of the experience: tapas, snacks inspired by Mallorcan cuisine, and wine accompany you throughout the trip.
Routes & Experiences
Several tours are available, all departing from Port Alcúdia. The "Coll Baix" tour calls at two or three stops in crystal-clear coves, perfect for swimming, snorkelling, and stand-up paddleboarding. The "Alcanada & Sunset" tour includes a stop at the Alcanada lighthouse and finishes with a stunning sunset on the return to Alcúdia. Tours run for three or four hours depending on the option chosen, with longer six-hour trips also available that cover the Bay of Alcúdia all the way to the Bay of Pollença. Groups of up to six people are listed on the website, though a maximum capacity of twelve has also been noted.
Personal Service & Planning Ahead
Booking and coordination are handled via WhatsApp, where you can discuss your wishes and work out all the details in advance. Once on board, the skipper shares fascinating insights into Mallorca's history, culture, and local surroundings — making this far more than simply a trip from A to B.
In the Port of Alcúdia
Trips depart from Puerto de Alcúdia, Alcudiamar, in the north of Mallorca. From there, the coves around Coll Baix and the Alcanada lighthouse are easily reached directly by sea.
