The Experience
The heart of the offering is a guided distillery experience: you'll discover the history and production process of gin, taste a range of gin combinations, and finish by creating your own gin with your chosen botanicals — a bottle to take home is all part of the experience. Host Ross brings a wealth of knowledge about gin, distillation and gin history, and guides you through the whole thing in an entertaining and engaging way.
The Products
The distillery produces its own gins under the Palma Gin label — including a Citrus Gin, a Rosé Gin, a Spiced Gin, and a limited-edition Monastrell Gin, all in 70cl bottles. There's also a Palma Vodka in the range. Everything is available through the distillery's online shop as well.

The distillery is located in the Ponent quarter at Carrer d'Alòs 37, 07011 Palma. Signposted parking is available nearby.
