Mama Carmen's is a vegan café and brunch spot in the Ponent neighbourhood of Palma, bringing together speciality coffee, home-made food and a small shop stocked with vegan products — all under one roof.

Vegan & home-made

The entire menu is plant-based: pancakes, avocado toast, açaí bowls, scrambled tofu and a variety of toast combinations form the heart of the breakfast and brunch offer. Joining them are vegan cakes, croissants, doughnuts and other baked goods. Freshness and in-house preparation run through everything on the menu, and dishes are carefully plated — often finished with fruit and edible flowers. Many items can be prepared gluten-free.

Speciality Coffee

Espresso, cortado, iced latte and matcha latte are all part of the coffee line-up, with freshly pressed juices rounding out the drinks menu. The quality of the coffee is a defining feature of the café.

Café, Shop & Play Corner

Alongside the café itself, there is an integrated shop carrying vegan and organic products as well as coffee specialities to take away. Inside, you'll also find a small play corner for children.
